How long does home delivery take?

For delivery within Serbia, we use courier services such as AKS Express, City Express and DExpress. Standard delivery time is 1-3 business days, depending on your location. For remote places, delivery may take a little longer.

Which courier service do you use for delivery?

We send packages via reliable domestic courier services: AKS Express, City Express or DExpress. In some cases, we may use an alternative service if it allows for faster or safer delivery.

Why am I charged for shipping when it says standard shipping is free?

Standard shipping is free on orders over a certain amount. However, bulky items or deliveries to remote locations may require special handling or an additional charge based on courier rates. You will see any additional costs at checkout before completing your order.

I did not receive an email confirmation or information about sending the package?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. If you don't see the message, check your spam or junk folder. We recommend that you add our email address to your safe contact list so that all future emails reach you.

Why doesn't it say on the website that some products will be delivered from the local branch?

For fragile or bulky products such as perfume stands or large gift packages, we can arrange delivery with our internal transport or offer collection from the warehouse in Belgrade for safer handling.

Can I collect the order in person?

We currently operate online only and do not offer in-store pickup. In exceptional cases, it is possible to organize collection from our warehouse in Belgrade with prior agreement.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Weekend delivery is currently not available. Our courier services work from Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend are processed on the first following business day.

Can you confirm that you have received my returned package?

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days from the time the package is received. Once the refund is complete, you will receive an email confirmation. We recommend that you save the tracking number of the shipment to follow the status.

How long does the refund take?

After we receive and inspect the product, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The money will be refunded to your original payment method. Be sure to attach the invoice as lack of documentation can delay the process.

Who pays for return postage?

If you are returning the product because it does not suit you, you are responsible for the shipping costs. If the product is damaged or wrong, we will bear all shipping and return costs.

Why haven't I received a refund for the shipping charge?

If you return a product that doesn't suit you, we only refund the value of the product - not the shipping costs. If the product was damaged or wrong, we will refund the full amount including all shipping costs.

Do you offer VAT refunds for customers outside the EU?

Since we are located in Serbia (outside the EU), all prices on the website already include Serbian VAT. We currently do not offer VAT-free shopping for international customers.
